Registered Dental Assistants
Note: If you are a registered dental assistant who failed to renew your permit by January 31, 2013, your permit is forfeited due to nonrenewal. It is against the Rules and Regulations of the Board to practice any expanded duties with a forfeited (expired) permit. After January 31, 2013, it is not possible to renew or reinstate your dental assisting permit. To reapply for a new permit, click here.
